The Trika Philosophy (Shaivism)
In the non-dual Shaivism of Kashmir, the "Trika" signifies a triad of ultimate realities:
- Shiva: The supreme, divine consciousness.
- Shakti: The dynamic, creative energy of Shiva.
- Anu: The individual soul, representing limited consciousness that can be expanded to realize its divine nature.
